Persistent IDentifiers for Semantic Artifacts

SSTIM is an open OWL and SKOS vocabulary for sensory stimulation. It mints identifiers for stimulation techniques, stimuli and their parameters, delivery media and body placements, exposure and safety boundaries, session records, and the evidence assessments attached to a claim. It exists so that auditory, visual, tactile and cross-modal stimulation protocols can be described and exchanged in one vocabulary instead of per-study prose, and it is used by researchers, tool builders and the W3C Sensory Stimulation Vocabulary Community Group.

The OntoUML Metamodel repository contains the metamodel of the OntoUML language. Unlike the UML profile, this version is independent of UML and presents only the concepts officially supported in the language. This metamodel covers the abstract and concrete syntaxes of the language and serves as the reference for all projects in the OntoUML as a Service (OaaS) ecosystem, including its different model serializations. Babelon is a simple standard for managing ontology translations and language profiles. Profiles are managed as TSV files, see for example https://github.com/obophenotype/hpo-translations/tree/main/babelon. The goal of Babelon as a data model and vocabulary is to capture the minimum data required to capture important metadata such as confidence and precision of translation.
