Gelyze
https://bio.tools/gelyzeGelyze is a web-based image analysis tool for agarose gel electrophoresis of nucleic acids. A user uploads a gel image, confirms the proposed lane positions and the ladder baseline, and a deterministic algorithm then estimates fragment size from ladder calibration and quantifies relative band intensity by densitometry. Measurement and interpretation are kept separate: the numbers come from the algorithm, and an assistive AI layer explains the resulting pattern in plain language without producing any of the values. For research use only.

Conspecta is a browser-based research platform that brings microscopy image analysis, flow cytometry, molecular biology, sample tracking, and publication-ready figures into one connected workspace. It replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools most labs assemble, so a lab's data, samples, and results stay linked from experiment to figure with full traceability. Built for imaging-heavy and flow-heavy biology labs, new PIs, and early-stage biotech. Research-focused, not regulated or clinical. Free for you and one collaborator, every workspace included. Paid plans open it to the whole lab and add additional storage, AI object detection, external integrations via API, and bring-your-own AI assistant integration.
PureJsImage is a free, open-source TypeScript library for decoding, inspecting, processing, and converting ordinary images and scientific rasters in Node.js and modern browsers. It provides explicit readers for microscopy, whole-slide pathology, medical imaging, electron microscopy, spectroscopy, hyperspectral, and multidimensional array formats. These include OME-TIFF, OME-Zarr, Aperio SVS, DICOM, NIfTI, MRC/CCP4, NRRD, DigitalMicrograph, EMD, ENVI, and FITS. Range-backed readers can request selected regions, tiles, volume planes, and metadata while preserving native numeric samples where supported. The default package has no runtime dependencies. Optional JPEG and PNG WebAssembly accelerators require explicit registration.
This R package supports interactive visualization of multi-channel images and segmentation masks generated by imaging mass cytometry and other highly multiplexed imaging techniques using shiny. The cytoviewer interface is divided into image-level (Composite and Channels) and cell-level visualization (Masks). It allows users to overlay individual images with segmentation masks, integrates well with SingleCellExperiment and SpatialExperiment objects for metadata visualization and supports image downloads.
Estimates PCR primer melting temperatures and polymerase-specific annealing temperatures from sequence and buffer inputs, with per-pair QC for hairpins, dimers, and Tm balance. A browser calculator supports interactive single-pair and batch entry (up to 200 pairs) with method comparison and export; a Python library and command-line tool submit the same parameters to the Pepkio Tools API for scripted and pipeline use. Calculator arithmetic for the API client is hosted remotely; sequences are transmitted for programmatic runs while the web interface performs calculations in the browser.
Plans geometric serial dilution series for molecular biology and biochemistry workflows, rounding transfer volumes to declared pipette ranges and optional 96- or 384-well plate layouts. A browser calculator supports interactive protocol design; a Python client and command-line tool submit the same parameters to the Pepkio Tools API for scripted and pipeline use. Calculator arithmetic is hosted remotely; the client transmits parameters and returns structured step tables and shareable run identifiers.
Derives cells per well and suspension pipette volumes for standard 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, and 384-well plates from a hemocytometer stock count, trypan blue viability, and target seeding confluency, with QC flags for low viability and impractical transfers. A browser calculator supports interactive planning with cell-line presets; a Python library and command-line tool submit the same parameters to the Pepkio Tools API for scripted and pipeline use. Calculator arithmetic is hosted remotely; the client transmits parameters and returns structured plate tables and shareable run identifiers.
