VENAE is a bioinformatic workflow that rapidly identifies bacterial and fungal organisms and their antimicrobial resistance (AMR) determinants from positive blood cultures using Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing. It generates a clinician-friendly HTML report to support timely clinical decision-making.
