Tonoplast Topology Index (TTI)

Tonoplast Topology Index (TTI) is a two-stage, semi-automated image-analysis tool (an ImageJ macro plus a Jupyter notebook) that quantifies vacuole/tonoplast organization from confocal microscopy images of plant roots, offering a high-throughput alternative to the Vacuolar Morphology Index.
