TEclass2

TEclass2 is a deep-learning tool based on a linear transformer with k-mer tokenization that classifies transposable element consensus sequences into sixteen superfamilies of the Wicker system; it is offered as a web application from the University of Münster and as downloadable source code on GitHub.
