SRscore: R Package for Transcriptome Meta-Analysis

SRscore is an R package designed for conducting meta-analyses of gene expression data across multiple transcriptome datasets. It calculates the Stress Response score (SRscore) to identify genes whose regulation direction is consistent under stress conditions.
