pyKinaXe: Kinase Activity Profiler

pyKinaXe is a Python package providing automated, end-to-end analysis for peptide microarray data (PamChip®). It profiles kinase activity by extracting kinase information and quantifying phosphorylation kinetics from raw microarray images.
