ProtRAP-LM: Protein Relative Accessibility Prediction

ProtRAP-LM is a novel transformer-based model that uses protein language model embeddings to predict membrane contact probability and relative accessibility for proteins. It enables rapid, large-scale proteome screening of membrane proteins.
