ProteoRift

ProteoRift is an end-to-end deep attention-based multitask deep-network designed for predicting multiple peptide properties (length, missed cleavages, modification status) directly from mass spectrometry spectra. It integrates into a pipeline to significantly reduce the search space for peptide identification, achieving speedups of 8x to 12x.
