msmu: Proteomics Analysis Toolkit

msmu is a Python toolkit providing a modular and traceable end-to-end pipeline for post-DB search preprocessing and statistical analysis of bottom-up LC-MS proteomics data. It leverages the MuData container for handling complex, multi-dimensional MS data and provenance.
