MicroFinder

MicroFinder is a pipeline designed to improve bird genome assembly by identifying and ordering putative dot microchromosome scaffolds. It uses conserved protein sets to anchor the manual curation of tiny, hard-to-assemble microchromosomes in draft genome assemblies.
