HiReS (High-Resolution Segmentation)

HiReS is an open-source workflow designed to automate the extraction of morphometric traits from large, high-resolution plankton images. It uses YOLO-based instance segmentation and computational geometry to process images efficiently by partitioning them into overlapping chunks.
