HCVTyper: HCV Genome Analysis Pipeline

HCVTyper is a comprehensive Nextflow pipeline designed for the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data related to Hepatitis C Virus (HCV). It supports genotyping, de novo assembly, taxonomic classification, and detection of antiviral resistance-associated variants (RAVs).
