DeSCENT: Deconvolutional Single-Cell RNA-seq for Cancer Survival Analysis

DeSCENT is a framework that uses bulk RNA-seq deconvolution algorithms to reconstruct single-cell RNA-seq profiles from bulk data. It enables multimodal transcriptome-based survival analysis by combining reconstructed single-cell data with bulk RNA-seq data and survival labels.
