DeepSAP: RNA-seq Splice Junction Detector

DeepSAP is a transformer-based workflow designed to improve RNA-seq alignment and enhance splice junction detection by integrating transcriptome guidance with advanced junction scoring. It can process both raw FASTQ reads and pre-aligned BAM files.
