cosmoDA: Score Matching for Differential Abundance Testing

cosmoDA is a novel statistical testing scheme that uses penalized generalized score matching to improve differential abundance testing in compositional high-throughput sequencing data. It is particularly suited for single-cell RNA-Seq and microbial amplicon data.
