Convpaint

Convpaint is a framework that performs interactive pixel classification/image segmentation by leveraging pretrained deep learning networks (CNNs, ViTs) and fast machine learning classifiers. It operates within the napari ecosystem, supporting image analysis workflows from subcellular to animal scale.
