Clade-Studio

Clade Studio is a local, browser-based phylogenetic tree editor for teaching and scientific illustration. It imports Newick trees, supports taxon selection and clade collapse, and provides rectangular, circular, fan and unrooted layouts, including source-distance phylograms. Users can refine labels and geometry and export editable SVG drawings with source mappings, references and Sources & Methods records. Tree data are processed locally; relationships are supplied by the input rather than inferred by the software. The project is not actively maintained; forks are welcome.
