ChloroScan

ChloroScan is a bioinformatics pipeline designed to extract eukaryotic plastid genomes from metagenomic data. It uses deep learning and automated binning to recover high-quality plastid-containing metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from protist-size-fraction metagenomes.
