AlloPipe: Allogenomics

AlloPipe is a bioinformatics tool designed to identify candidate minor histocompatibility antigens (mHAgs) from whole-exome or whole-genome sequencing data. It works in two steps: identifying amino acid mismatches (Allo-Count) and predicting peptide affinity for HLA class I molecules (Allo-Affinity).
